Items into the categories we accept, as shown below:

1. Coloured pencils – set of 10 (5 sets counts as 1 item in the inventory)
2. Lunch box – 12cm and above (5 pcs counts as 1 item in the inventory)
3. Lunch box – Above 12cm (5 pcs counts as 1 item in the inventory)
4. Markers – set of 10 (5 sets counts as 1 item in the inventory)
5. Notebooks – (5 pcs counts as 1 item in the inventory)
6. Pencils – (5 pcs counts as 1 item in the inventory)
7. Pens – (5 pcs counts as 1 item in the inventory)
8. Sneakers – mixed sizes (5 pairs count as 1 item in the inventory)
9. Stationery – mix set of erasers, sharpeners, rulers, etc. (5 sets counts as 1 item in the inventory)
10. Sweatshirts – unisex, mixed sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)
11. T-Shirts – boys & girls, mixed sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)
12. Umbrellas - sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)
13. Uniform shirts – boys, mixed sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)
14. Uniform shorts – boys, mixed sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory
15. Uniform trousers – boys, mixed sizes (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)
16. Water bottles (5 pcs count as 1 item in the inventory)

• Discard broken or unusable items
• Wash all clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes
• Wash shoes and tie the laces of pairs to keep them together
• Sharpen colour pencils, make a set of 10 assorted colours, bundle with a rubber band
• Sharpen pencils, bundle in sets of 5 with a rubber band
• Take markers in working condition, make a set of 10 assorted colours, bundle together with a rubber band
• Take mixed stationery items like sharpeners, erasers, rulers, etc. and make a group of 5, put into a zip lock bag
• Rip out used pages of notebooks to ensure they are blank inside

• Join as a Contributor / Login with your email
• Count items per category
• Add items to inventory, where 5 of any item counts as 1 entry when you add to inventory
For example, if you have 23 sweatshirts, enter this into inventory 4 times, this will account for 20 sweatshirts, and keep aside 3 sweatshirts
